Project Development Process

a.

Basic site:

Basic site includes base functions and initial design

b.

Function list:

Before development commences, a final function list and development schedule are agreed between client and GaPS In-Motion

c.

Media and POI information:

This information is provided by client in various formats, depending on the clients internal requirements

d.

Process media:

If media requires editing, our internal web designers are well versed in most editing software.

e.

Longitude/Latitude:

Longitude and latitude are determined using POI post address
(POI: Point-of- Interest)

f.

Maps:

Maps are created and cut for all possible mobile screen sizes (Japan)

g.

Final site design:

At this stage, the final site design is completed, including banners and map icons, and are subject to client approval

h.

Internal testing:

This the first of 2 major testing sessions for the entire site, including integration checks with customer PC site (if required).

i.

Client testing:

The client is allowed an ample amount of time to test the mobile site before launch. Clients report back with any fixes or changes.

j.

Client fixes/Internal testing:

At this point in the development process, any fixes the client may have are resolved and tested.

k.

Client approval:

Final client approval before site launch.

Launch mobile site

Estimated completion time: 1.5 months
